Charlie’s Air Conditioning & Heating was already familiar with business texting. They’d been using another company, but the service didn’t offer many features. It was important to not only give customers an easier way to respond when it’s convenient for them, but also to allow texts to be scheduled when it was convenient for Linda. For the team, they needed a service that could streamline communications, especially during peak season.

The transition was seamless from their previous provider. Moblico was able to get them up and running in just a few days. The system was set up and their client services team set up a call with Linda and her staff to show them how to use it.

Impact:

Their customers love being able to reply when it’s convenient for them. Linda sends out service reminders, schedule appointments and schedules checkups for customers that have service agreements, all with the company logo to keep her business top of mind. And if she knows she’s not going to be in the office one day, she can schedule those messages in advance at a time that works better for her. Business texting has also eliminated questions about communications with the team and office staff about scheduling changes. Instead of having to ask, they can see the thread and know that the right people have been alerted. It keeps things simple and organized for everyone.
