Stockholm, Sweden-based manufacturer Atlas Copco on Thursday said it has completed its acquisition of Ehrler & Beck GmbH, originally announced on Nov. 4, 2020.
Based in Renningen, Germany, Ehrler & Beck has 15 employees and operates a sales and service network in Germany and neighboring countries. Ehrler and Beck will become part of Atlas Copco’s Industrial Vacuum Division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area.
