SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc. (NYSE: SITE), Roswell, Georgia, this week announced it has acquired Rock & Block Hardscape Supply, which serves the San Diego, Southern Orange County and Inland Empire markets in California through two locations. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
“Rock & Block is a true market leader and a great fit with SiteOne as we expand and extend our existing hardscapes presence in Southern California,” said Doug Black, chairman and CEO of SiteOne Landscape Supply. “This addition moves us strongly forward on our mission to be the best full-line distributor to landscape professionals in all major U.S. and Canadian markets.”

This was SiteOne’s third acquisition of the month and fifth of 2021.
